DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY

The company’s Drug and Alcohol policy is intended for the safety of the employee and his family, the protection of the employee from the possible legal action and the protection of the company.

It is the company’s policy not to condone the use, possession or selling of alcoholic beverages, non-prescription drugs or narcotics considered dangerous or illegal by the department of justice or authorities of the country where the work is taking place.

The company also forbids the employee to arrive on company property under the influence of such substances. If they employee is involved in any such a circumstance, immediate termination of employment will result.

To enforce this police, periodic searches of company premises and equipment as well as personal belonging will be made.

The company shall require its employees to submit to alcohol and drug testing as a condition of the employment.
